House sleeps 12 upstairs has one room with 2 queens and other upstairs room has 1 queen and 2 twins. Downstairs each room has one queen each Take a hike on the 90 acre plantation and admire the landscape or tour the hot tourist spots in St. Francisville or Woodville.
